Return/Exchange
We Ship Every Order within 24 hours of Order and more than 80% of Orders get delivered within 72 working Hrs.
We take a lot of care to check every piece before packing and shipping them to you so that you don't have to worry about anything. But we understand that sometimes you want to change your mind or there might be some issues like sizing that you can only find out after receiving the products. So to cover those cases we offer an easy exchange process. To avail of this benefit, please note the following points:
Our exchange/refund policy is valid for 24 hours after you receive the product. To avoid any misuse of this policy, any cases of late notification or any unreasonable demand will be handled at the company's discretion and we reserve the right to not process those returns.
For any subsequent exchanges/refunds on the same order, the customer will have to know the following steps:
- Inform customer care by email mavshajewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9773900659/9871395660 within 24 hours of receiving the items.
- You can choose to exchange the item or receive a refund in your bank account.
- The item should be in its original packing with all tags and coupons
- Exchange/Refund will be processed after we receive the products back & inspection is done.
- To know the status of your return, please refer to the reverse pick-up link shared with you.
- Returns may take up to 7-8 working days to reach us.
- The amount refunded will be Total Order Amount Less Rs.200 (Reverse Pickup Charges)
- We will dispatch the exchange or initiate a refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.
- Customers can choose to exchange the item or receive store credit for future purchases that will be valid for 1 year only (shipping charges will not be added in case of an exchange).
For Damaged/Defected/Tampered Parcels please note the following:
- Do not accept the parcel if the seal is broken or tampered with.
- Seal Opening Video is mandatory for any Tampered or Defected Product Replacement/Refund.
- Send us the photo of the item within 24 hours of receiving the parcel at email mavshajewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9773900659/9871395660. Any issues related to defects/damages/missing must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the items; otherwise, they shall not be entertained.
- As soon as you notify us we will initiate the exchange process and guide you through the hassle-free process.
Exchange/Refunds are a goodwill gesture on our part and not a compulsion, so please be patient since there can be a slight delay in processing the exchange/Refund during the festive and holiday season or due to the non-availability of the specific product.
In Case of Exchange/Refund of the product, the customer needs to make sure all the products are packed carefully and handed over to the reverse pickup courier boy. We will not be liable for any damage or loss of product in transit.
Refund/Exchange will be initiated for the products received back and are in the same condition as sent.
Specific details of the products like color, raw material, size, and other details are mentioned with every product. We write it in a very easy-to-read manner and we encourage all our customers to read it before placing their order. It should be noted that the sizes and colors of the products cannot be customized.
Only one exchange per order can be availed. The original buyer of the items must raise an Exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the package. No extra discounts can be availed on exchange products.
Items can only be picked up from the same country/city in which they were received. For any subsequent exchanges on the same order, the customer will have to pay the shipping fee for both return and new product delivery.
